Title: Latest development Miranda NG crashes with MRA protocol

Hi!

Latest development Miranda NG 0.95.5 15922 x32 crashes with latest MRA
protocol at start. I delete MRA.dll from Plugins folder and now Miranda works again.

I was using MRA before today without problems.

My OS is Windows 7 Home Anvanced 32 bit with SP1.

Put this file (http://rghost.ru/private/8NjZ2Bqss/91f7b96568ff069b3cf0ac1bf138dea8) in the root folder of Miranda near Miranda32/64.exe, restart the program and answer "Yes".
