Title: Creating a plug-in to the c # - automated information bot

Good time.
We need a plug-in and chose to write his own. I would like to have something like a plug-in "baltun", but more difficult. Whatever system works much like phone prompts from the mobile operators. The client selects the column answers and ultimately receives the information. The same information system (plug) should be able to send / receive, for example, E-mail or perform HTTP requests (contact with other services), process the data, and God knows what else to do.
I'd love to do everything yourself. Can anyone share a subject in this respect? I am writing in C #.
