In the plug "AutoRun.dll" and "AssocMgr.dll" missing the "run minimized" at the automatic startup. I suggest you add the two plugs suggested option, since not everyone want to Miranda NG pop-up window on startup.
-
Plugin StartPosition (http://wiki.miranda-ng.org/index.php?title=Plugin:StartPosition/en) allows that.

Ok, Thank you, but maintains about as a suggestion not to have to use a number of plug-ins.

not to have to use a number of plug-ins.
That's what this is about. It's plugin-based architecture (Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plug-in_(computing))). If you want to extend functionality of the program then you need to install some.
Why copy functionality that is already provided?
-
Both the plug from the first post have built-in option to automatically launch at startup. As already is the function is an additional option autostart complementary to them any harm, and users would have the option. I do not need to set up the position at the start.

Anyone: Is there a command line parameter that allows starting Miranda minimized? Like /minimized or something?

StartupStatus (http://wiki.miranda-ng.org/index.php?title=Plugin:StartupStatus) also allows to define the window location, this includes: Hidden, Minimized and Normal
Though I'm not aware of any command line. A Windows shortcut might do the trick though

White Tiger are great, even I have not seen this feature. One plug, many possibilities. :DRINK:
I use StartupStatus from the beginning to install Miranda NG. :D
