Title: Avatar selection dialog is broken

Latest alpha x64 miranda:
In the "new avatar source picture" selection screen, only *.bmp, *.jpg and *.gif pictures can be selected. *.png files are filtered out, even though the filter clearly states that they should be displayed.

Furthermore, changing the filter to any other value than *.PNG causes all of the files from the list to disappear. Changing it to *.PNG causes all files BUT png to appear.

Something is incorrect in the dialog settings~
