Title: ftpfile and response timeout

if i upload a 8MB file and speed is ~24KB/s than it takes a few minutes for uploading, but on end i get error message ftp response timeout.
the uploaded file have the same md5 hash how the same file on my computer
does ftpfile plugin send a noop command or something too when it upload a file? i read that this should fix this problem

If you are using any network antivirus or stupid firewall, they may interefere with network operations. Which often exibiting as timeouts.

i use only windows own firewall and peerblock (ip address range based) and with normal clients like flashfxp i didnt got errors on same files
