Title: Metacontacts not playing nice with the Facebook and G15 plugins.

It appears that metacontacts is no longer a plugin.  It's also no longer working properly if you use the G15 plugin with the Facebook protocol.  If you send a message using your G15 you will get a timeout error.  The message actually will send, but it won't appear in the send and receive message window, and it won't be saved to history.

If there's something I need to do to report this as a bug, please refer me to the instructions for doing so.  I'd rather not have to install a beta version with debugging symbols to do it, but it that's the only way...
