Title: Let M-NG not start minimized in Systray but visible?

When I start Miranda-NG on Windows 10 then it starts always minimized in Systray.

How can I tell M-NG to start visible as window?

With the default plugin set and a clean profile, Miranda starts exactly like this—with a visible contact list.
