Title: WinterSpeak plugin works strangely after last update

Hello

I am using WInterSpeak plugin to listen to incoming message it was working OK since last update, yesterday, after an update it reads incoming message only if it is new conversation, if window is opened the plugin not read it.

I have  unchecked option to ignore event if window is open and if window have focus, like in the screenshot can anybody help me, I am visually impairnment person and it is very important for me, unfortunatelu I accidentally deleted old working copy of miranda.
