I am using IEView for message logging. Whenever I pick a personal avatar, it automatically saves as PNG format. This shows as an X in logger. If I try to view the image in IE 11 I get the same result. Contact avatars save as jpg and no issue with them. In diagnosing I noticed that if I create a png in photoshop and name it the same, it appears and functions properly in message logger.

1) Is the PNG conversion broken? I can view the png with photo viewer but not IE 11
2) Is there a way to convert my avatars to jpg instead of PNG? Still utilizing the %avatarOut% variable?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's the only obstacle I am currently facing. Thanks.

Do you have all relevant OS updates installed?
