Title: libsignal-c.mir missing after last update of jabber.dll

Today Updater told me to update jabber protocol.
After update I got notification about missing 'libsignal-c.mir' file.

After that my jabber accounts not working in Miranda.
As quick walkaround I restored older version of plugin.

Will this file be included in update or something is not included during compile?
