Title: MirOTR lags

MirOTR.dll needs a OpenSSL.dll

I have those 2 files for jabber encryption
and all worked good until one day

When i start a miranda, all is ok
When i connect to facebook, vk i have a very big miranda lags.
jabber is ok.

No, MirOTR doesn't need OpenSSL. You probably have a problem with OpenSSL,  not MirOTR.

indecline, there is problem with web protocols (fb, vk, skypeweb, steam,...) when installed OpenSSL plugin. Probably still can't be used together.

But what plugins require openssl?

From our wiki: OpenSSL provides TLS 1.2 support for Windows XP users.

So if you don't use XP or you don't need TLS 1.2 on XP, you don't need that.
