Title: skype web plugin not works transfering files

when i press sending i see

initializing
transfer completed (in 1 second)

i see in message window:
https://login.skype.com/login/sso?go=webclient.xmm&docid=0-neu....

but user not receiving file

after that file is all time locked, cant be deleted
