Send message at specified time/date

Hello Miranders,
is there a plugin to send a message at a specific time/date?
After a little searching, the closest thing I found is use of the Alarms plugin plus the commandline plugin, but it's not very friendly and easy to get wrong. Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks!
