fikus, I just implemented two-factor authorization to FB plugin (that's probably the mobile authenticator you mentioned). Will try to fix some other things soon, so you can try tomorrow if that gets better...

zlotowinfo, maybe later I will try to look at it, but it's harder on Steam as we are using API of mobile Steam application and I have no access to its communication.

But you can use Pidgin's version and if it doesn't work there, request it's developer. And if it works (or they will fix it for you) in Pidgin, we could look at their code and fix it here too...
