Title: Auto-Join of Jabber Chatrooms without Bookmarks

Hello,

We use jabber-chatrooms in our company. It looks like the server (oracle beehive) does not support XEP-0048 which is needed to auto-join rooms on login. As i know other jabber and multi - protocol-clients (for example pidgin) support auto-join without bookmarks. Is there a plugin or workaround available to auto-join jabber-chatrooms without bookmarks/XEP-0048?

You could try adding chatroom as contact to the roster.
But it is a long time since I tried something like that. May no longer work.
