[IRC] No longer shows you are Operator

In IRC protocol, it no longers shows if you are a channel Operator, even when you actually are.
Right click context menus are grayed out also, no @symbol in the nick list. But commands work fine, and 'whois' shows that you are actually Operator.

Miranda NG v0.95.5 buid #17337 x64

This should be fixed in next nightly build.
