Here we can discuss this tool.
The tool is designed for fast file translation operation.
FeaturesA comfortable view of the translation files
Correct display and preservation of multi-lines
Ability to view the current line of computer translation (Google translate)
Save changes to the order of the rows, as in the template
Searches the string in the full translation (needs a file langpack_ *. txt in the folder with the translation)

This is not complicated. The next version shall add request for preservation of empty rows in the translation. But not before planned by me. Now I am doing translation.
What I think about it .. That these lines should not be blank.

На русскомСложности в этом нет, что ж, в следующей версии добавлю запрос о сохранении пустых строк в перевод. Но не раньше задуманного. А пока я занялся своим переводом.
Что думаю об этом я.. То, что эти строки не должны быть пустыми.[close]

I need to preserve complete file structure because I'm using other script for updating and translating these files. And after that final langpack is generated with other script, which strips these useless lines itself.
