Title: REQ: Enable the Lexicon Editor for Winterspeak Plugin

I think I requested this in the original Miranda forums in 2008 lol

Winterspeak plugin is very good but the Lexicon editor doesn't work, and I would like to change the way it pronounces some usernames. I have tried editing the langpack file to no avail, so I think getting the Lexicon editor working in NG would be awesome.
